How warm does it get?
It's a low-temperature pad made to take the chill off a cold floor, not a high-heat heater. Before your pet uses it, check that it feels comfortably warm to your hand.
Is it safe to leave on?
It has an adjustable auto-off timer (2–8 hours) and overheat protection (per the manufacturer). It's still a plug-in device: supervise pets that chew, check the pad and cord regularly, and ask your vet first if your pet has a medical condition.
Will it fit my pet?
At 48 × 23.6 in it fits most medium and large dogs lying stretched out, or a couple of cats. You can also put it under an existing pet bed.
When will it arrive?
