Shipping policy

Free shipping

Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States. We currently ship to US addresses only.

Processing time

Orders are processed in 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).

Delivery time

• Most items: 8–20 business days after processing
• Items shipped from our US warehouse: 3–7 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Orders containing several items may arrive in separate packages. Delays can happen during holidays, bad weather, or carrier backlogs. For holiday gifts, we recommend ordering early.

Tracking

Every order receives a tracking number by email once it ships. Tracking may take a few days to show updates.

Address and PO boxes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Some carriers cannot deliver to PO boxes, so please use a full street address. If you notice an address mistake, email us as soon as possible — we can update it only before the order ships.

Damaged or lost packages

See our Refund Policy. If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, we will make it right.
