About Us

Fluffball Club is a small online pet store based in Feeding Hills, Massachusetts. We sell toys, grooming tools, beds, walk gear and seasonal accessories for cats and dogs to customers in the United States.

How we work

We pick each product for our catalog ourselves and write the product descriptions based on the supplier's specifications. We don't make or warehouse the products ourselves: orders are packed and shipped by our fulfillment partners, most of them located overseas. That's why delivery takes longer than at big retailers — usually 2–5 business days to process and 8–20 business days in transit. Every order gets a tracking number. Full details are in our Shipping policy.

Our promises

• Free standard shipping on all US orders.
• 30-day returns. Damaged, defective or wrong items are replaced or refunded — you don't need to send them back. See our Refund policy.
• Honest product pages: real prices, real specs, no fake timers or fake discounts.
• Secure checkout through Shopify.
