How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on all US orders.

How long does processing take?

2–5 business days.

How long does delivery take?

8–20 business days for most items, and 3–7 business days for items shipped from our US warehouse. These are estimates — holidays and carrier delays can add time.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. Every order gets a tracking number by email once it ships.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not at the moment — we ship to US addresses only.

Can I ship to a PO box?

Some carriers do not deliver to PO boxes, so please use a full street address.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund — no need to send it back.

How do I pick the right size?

Measure your pet and compare with the size chart in the product photos. Many apparel items run small — if your pet is between sizes, choose the larger one.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible. We can change or cancel an order only before it ships.
